About Me

Geoff has over 25 years of experience, and brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial real estate throughout Metro Vancouver and British Columbia.  With over 500 projects successfully completed ranging from sales and lease of commercial properties, individual assets, portfolio valuations, to consulting assignments.  Geoff has worked with pension funds, REITs, developers, governments, First Nations, and private investors. He is recognized for his hard work, integrity, and market knowledge, while delivering exceptional results. Geoff graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Urban Land Economics. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC, and is a licensed real estate professional (Associate Broker) under the BC Financial Services Authority.  Prior to joining TRG Commercial Realty, he spent 13 years specializing in real estate consulting and valuation with Cushman & Wakefield
