Karim Winsor applies his extensive transaction expertise to land, investment and leasing opportunities within transitioning East Vancouver neighbourhoods and along new transportation corridors. These areas offer significant opportunities for growth and development as a result of new community plans and/or changing local demographics. Karim’s innate ability to navigate the industry has resulted in him securing over $250 million worth of transactions over the past decade.

Prior to brokerage, karim led assignments for some of Western Canada’s largest senior housing operators, assembling land and purchasing income-producing assets. He has also worked for multi-family builders, specializing in all aspects of development and leased office space for one of Canada’s largest institutional property owners. Karim maintains a transparent work process built on a foundation of solid ethics and depth of business knowledge. Karim has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UBC, majoring in Urban Land Economics.
