About Me

Gary has extensive commercial real estate experience spanning over 28 years. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all asset classes from office, retail and land development to apartment, hotel and seniors housing facilities. Gary has a strong focus in seniors housing having sold over $1 billion dollars in his career in Western Canada ranging from independent, assisted and long term care residences. As a result he has built strong relationships within the industry and has gained a wealth of experience which would help any owner,operator or investor.  Gary was born and raised in Vancouver and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology) from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining TRG Realty in early 2013, he spent 20 years as an investment broker with Macdonald Commercial  Realtors and started his career at a National firm, CBRE Canada formerly known as CB Richard Ellis. Prior to entering commercial real estate he was an Account Manager in the Corporate Real Estate Division of CIBC.
